AEDS is streamlining the process between Architects, Designers and Contractors by working through and efficiently communicating Design Intent, Millwork, Cabinetry and Finish details.

    With 35 years of high-end Interior, Millwork and Custom Furniture Design/Build experience, we make sure that Architects' and Designers’ ideas will be perfectly translated into construction details that Contractors and Subcontractors can build from. We carefully review all site conditions and constrains that might impact design details, and provide solutions to make sure that the Design Intent will come to fruition. We look at material and finish selections and provide feedback on the feasibility and offer alternative solutions if needed. We also review and recommend hardware selections as well as design and source custom hardware.

    Over the past 35 years we built a large network of highly qualified subcontractors, vendors, millworkers, cabinetmakers, machine shops and suppliers to source just about any part of your project. We have communicated with many subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, tile  & stone installers, etc.) making sure that all details come together in a cohesive manner.

AEDS acts as a liaison between Homeowners and Architects, Designers, Contractors to ensure that all design/build details and material/finish selections are clearly communicated and understood. We provide detail drawings, illustrations, renderings and provide samples to manage expectations. We are also happy to offer alternative solutions if desired.
